Challenging system to use but so is billing Telecom services.
I recently purchased this system from Dynasoft and I am pleased with it. The system can be hard to understand for a novice but if you have worked in the telecom industry, TeleFactura has most of the functionality you will ever need. You definitely need to take all the support and training they provide as this will help implement it quickly. Dynasoft are fairly proactive as we get offers of help regularly to ensure we get the most out of the system.

Re: CPSProvider's comment. In all likelihood they got training from a reseller in the UK. We do not deal with this person anymore as they let a number of our users down badly. It's interesting to see they ended up outsourcing their billing. Telecom billing is very complex as they no doubt realised- -Dynasoft Ltd. More

very difficult to use..
I found that the product unfortunately was very difficult to use.

Not easy to use or implement. Look at other products in the market first..
A powerful, but unattractive and impenetrable billing software suite. The training provided was poor and we never got it implemented and working properly.We now outsource our billing which is easier, although we get annoying automated email reminders to renew our Telefactura support every week, despite telling them we don't use it anymore.
